JESS’S THOUGHTS

“If this is your first time reading my books, I recommend starting with Ace of Betrayal. It’s a quick read, gives you a taste of my writing style, and it’s an interconnected standalone (which means we can avoid a messy breakup if you decide I’m not the one for you).”

SERIES OVERVIEW

Queen of Wesbourne

An angsty, suspenseful single-POV trilogy following the same friends-to-enemies-to-lovers couple as they navigate family drama, political intrigue, and an arranged marriage

Thrones We Steal

Castles We Storm

A series of angsty dual-POV interconnected standalones following a wealthy and morally gray group of friends who play poker and plot revenge

King of Obsession

There are slight overlaps in the timelines, but overall, the books move chronologically.

JESS’S THOUGHTS

“All of my books take place in the same world, a fictional country named Wesbourne. You’ll see crossovers, character cameos, and Easter eggs sprinkled throughout. Best of luck hunting and happy reading!”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Technically, yes, although the Queen of Wesbourne trilogy should be read in order. However, for the best reading experience, I do recommend progressing through each series in order.

P.S. But if you ignore my advice, I swear not to submit you during revenge poker.

  • LOL yes. I chuckle maniacally every time a reader emails me wondering where the rest of their book went. However, I do believe in HEAs. The cliffhangers in my interconnected standalones are regarding side characters, not the main couple.

  • Spice levels vary from book to book, but you can expect it to be somewhere between 1-3 chili peppers for open-door contemporary (not dark) romance. Check individual book descriptions for spice level. And did I mention slow burn? Nearly always slow burn.

  • I am a firm believer in the third-act breakup, so short answer: YES. My books are heavy on the angst and drama. Please see individual book pages for trigger and content warnings.
